Castaic lake -striper report -
2 weeks ago in the rain the bite was slow but fish were there to be had but deep.
Only certain grouping were active, the fish were harder to locate due to barrometric pressure drops.
I targeted 80 -120' of water for about 4 hours - 3 of which were in the rain
Only landed 7 striper

2 @ 5
1 @ 4
1 @ 3
2 bout 2 lbs
Most fish were suspended over 87' of water landed them in depths of 40' to 90' though..
Lost one huge toad...
May hit it tomorrow...we'll see
